"I highly recommend re.PHYSIO Physical Therapy! I feel so grateful that I found Angela. Within a couple of sessions, tailbone and neck pain that had plagued me for YEARS went away. My body feels like it's running much better and I feel stronger when I'm exercising and I can sit comfortably for the first time in so long. Every session I'm blown away by Angela's knowledge and expertise and how the smallest suggestion from her changes so much in my body!"

"Dr. Angela is a great PT. I've done programs with her twice now over the past couple years—first treating a hip mobility/stability issue, and then treating an Achilles tendinitis problem which prevented me from running. Both experiences left me feeling more mobile and less at pain, and gave me exercises to continue to treat the issues after our program ended. Overall it's been a better experience than I've had with any other PT, her programs are very tailored to your specific needs."

-
At re.PHYSIO, you receive a full hour of one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy—no aides, no shortcuts. We focus on finding and fixing the root cause of your pain, not just treating symptoms. Our treatment combines evidence-based manual therapy (including IASTM, cupping, joint mobilizations, and dry needling) with custom exercise programs that are updated weekly based on your progress. We also have proper sports equipment on-site so we can train you like an athlete, not just stretch you on a table.
-
California allows direct access to physical therapy, which means you can see a PT without a doctor's referral for up to 45 days or 12 visits (whichever comes first). After that period, if you need continued care, we'll coordinate with your physician. We also work with most insurance plans and offer cash-pay options for those who prefer not to use insurance.
-
Every session at re.PHYSIO is a full 60 minutes of one-on-one time with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. This is significantly longer than traditional clinics where you might get 10-15 minutes with a therapist before being passed off to an aide. We use this time for hands-on manual therapy, movement analysis, education, and guided exercise progressions tailored to your goals.
-
We specialize in treating active adults and athletes dealing with sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehab. Common conditions include ACL tears, meniscus injuries, rotator cuff issues, tendinitis, back pain, neck pain, sciatica, hip pain, shoulder impingement, ankle sprains, and movement limitations. Whether you're a CrossFit athlete, runner, climber, or weekend warrior, we create performance-focused treatment plans to get you back to your activities stronger and more resilient.
-
The number of sessions varies depending on your injury, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Some patients see significant improvement in 4-6 sessions, while others with chronic or complex issues may benefit from 8-12 sessions or more. During your initial evaluation, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific situation. We track your progress closely and adjust the plan as needed—no cookie-cutter protocols or unnecessary sessions.
-
Yes, we work with most major insurance plans. We also offer cash-pay options for those who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans have high deductibles. During your free phone consultation, we can discuss your insurance coverage and help you understand your benefits.
